Podcast Episode 25 – How Fitness and Physical Therapy Can Transform Your Mind, Body and Soul

How Fitness & Physical Therapy Can Transform Your Mind, Body, & Soul.

This year on Sincerely, Mrs. Mommy I want to bring inspirational content that encourages us all to be whole, sane, happy and fly. Although I’ll explain this new motto further in the episode, I felt today’s guest would be the perfect person to help jump start this mission and bring it to life.

Dr. Chantel Yearwood is a Licensed Doctor of Physical Therapy and Clinical Director at Renewal Rehab Physical Therapy in Central Florida.

She is also an online Wellness Coach and uses her professional and personal experience with physical therapy, fitness, nutrition, and her keen insight to foster total transformation in her clients – mind, body, and soul.

I’m also excited about having Dr. Yearwood in this episode because she’s my cousin! This was such a fun and informative episode to record. You are definitely in for a treat!

F I T N E S S | I’ve been home for the last 3 days and as much I’m working towards having “freedom of time”, I can see how that can easily become FREE TIME. Now don’t get me wrong! Having some free time or alone time is crucial💆🏽‍♀️But in my short bout of working from home, I realized how easy it is to get out of routine- when you have no routine. Also how hard it is to feel constricted. So I’ll admit my routine hasn’t been perfect BUT thanks to having an amazing husband @theboxingtrainer , who keeps me accountable, we both got a good workout in today! Accountability is everything! During your quality time with family try to 📍maintain some of your routine 📍do it together and 📍enjoy some fresh air! Prayers to everyone and their fam! 🙏🏽
