How Fitness & Physical Therapy Can Transform Your Mind, Body, & Soul.
This year on Sincerely, Mrs. Mommy I want to bring inspirational content that encourages us all to be whole, sane, happy and fly. Although I’ll explain this new motto further in the episode, I felt today’s guest would be the perfect person to help jump start this mission and bring it to life.

F I T N E S S | I’ve been home for the last 3 days and as much I’m working towards having “freedom of time”, I can see how that can easily become FREE TIME. Now don’t get me wrong! Having some free time or alone time is crucial💆🏽♀️But in my short bout of working from home, I realized how easy it is to get out of routine- when you have no routine. Also how hard it is to feel constricted. So I’ll admit my routine hasn’t been perfect BUT thanks to having an amazing husband @theboxingtrainer , who keeps me accountable, we both got a good workout in today! Accountability is everything! During your quality time with family try to 📍maintain some of your routine 📍do it together and 📍enjoy some fresh air! Prayers to everyone and their fam! 🙏🏽
