This past week was Valentine’s day. Usually when we think of the holiday, thoughts of relationships and couples celebrating come to mind.

However what about celebrating the love of yourself?

After years decades of people pleasing, and recent attempts at reading books like The Disease to Please and Boundaries, I’ve come to realize something very important. I’ve realized that setting appropriate boundaries for myself was an important key to having better self love.

If I want to improve my self love, then I need to set better boundaries. By having better boundaries that you can set and keep, you’ll be able to secure a stronger grip on loving yourself with all of the potential and greatness that you naturally possess.

Isn’t it time that you loved on you a little more and showed others how to as well?
